The project illustrates a real commitment to the area, designed to be a lasting part of the daily lives of local residents.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">A mixed-use program designed for urban living<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The &#8220;Via Berna&#8221; project will include :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>38 condominium apartments<\/strong>, designed to offer residents comfort and functionality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retail space<\/strong> to revitalize the neighborhood and promote mixed uses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>bank branch<\/strong> integrated into the first floor, accessible and functional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convenient, secure <strong>underground parking<\/strong> for residents and visitors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This functional mix will create a dynamic, coherent and sustainable environment, designed for downtown residents, shopkeepers and visitors.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Precision and rigor in execution<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Work is scheduled to take 23 months, from April 2026 to March 2028, with the launch of <strong>apartment sales in March 2026<\/strong>. Coordination between Alpenda SA Bern, Apart Architektur and the project owner will ensure that deadlines are met with the precision and quality of execution expected of a project of this scale. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">A collaboration guided by excellence<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The success of the &#8220;Via Berna&#8221; project is based on the synergy between <strong>Alpenda SA Bern<\/strong>, responsible for the total contract, and <strong>Apart Architektur<\/strong>, in charge of the design.
