Seniority bonus

Vacations

Enjoy a minimum of 23 vacation days per year, as well as numerous bridging days and vacations between Christmas and New Year’s Day. All in all, you’re generally entitled to more than 30 vacation days a year.

Created to support construction and warranty teams in their contractual issues, the Contract Manager function aims to secure project management by minimizing contractual risks.

The main role of the Contract Manager is to assist teams in identifying, monitoring and managing contractual risks. By ensuring rigorous follow-up, the Contract Manager contributes to the proper execution of contracts and the prevention of unforeseen events.

Trained as a lawyer, I enjoy analyzing contracts on a daily basis, because every project is different and has its own particularities.

The company first gave me the opportunity to understand the peculiarities of Swiss construction by entrusting me with the supervision of a project in execution, then I joined the Direction. I work on a multitude of projects with in-house technical specialists: the team is often different from one study to the next, and it’s great to be able to learn from each other during these joint work phases.

I did my end-of-study internship with Alpenda, helping to build a school in Geneva.

Following this experience, I was able to work on aA model eco-district in its sustainable approach. Today, I’m working on the renovation of a high-rise apartment block. I’m doing all this on a part-time basis, as the company leaves me time to enjoy my second passion: music.
