Support services

At Alpenda, we know that despite our commitment and expertise, defects can sometimes occur after delivery. To offer comprehensive, personalized support to owners and contractors, our Guarantees, Logistics and Contract Management department is made up of a multidisciplinary team of 13 people. This team keeps an active watch during the construction phase, enabling us to optimize the management of defects after work has been completed, while at the same time limiting the risk of poor construction during the execution phase.

Expertise

We support project owners and homeowners in identifying and resolving defects after the work has been completed. Thanks to our multi-trade expertise, we are involved at every stage, from defect detection to resolution, including claims and insurance management.

Our service also intervenes during the construction phase to ensure rigorous monitoring of insurance claims and incidents. This enables potential problems to be anticipated and dealt with proactively, minimizing any negative impact on the project.

As part of our continuous improvement approach, we have developed an innovative defect management tool dedicated to project owners. This intuitive platform enables owners to report defects directly, track their progress in real time, and keep abreast of every stage in the process.

The main advantages of this tool include :

  • Direct defect reporting: Owners can easily report any defects they find via the platform.
  • Real-time tracking: users can view the status of their requests and actions in progress.
  • Transparency and communication: every step of the process is documented and accessible, ensuring clear and transparent communication with our customers.

With a rich and diversified experience in the construction industry, our team guarantees a high level of competence and professionalism. We draw on our in-depth knowledge of the construction industry to offer customized, effective solutions.

Our quality approach is at the heart of our mission. We regularly carry out “Quality Flashes” to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Our aim is to maintain a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.

Waly, Warranty Project Manager

I had the opportunity to join the Garanties team to follow the progress of the various projects I had worked on.

After several years in construction management at Alpenda, I was given the opportunity to join the Guarantees team to monitor the progress of the various projects I had worked on.

I think we’re lucky to be able to continue supporting our customers, even after the work has been completed, to ensure their long-term satisfaction. At SCSA, we’re a family beyond work. I’ve always enjoyed a very good relationship with my fellow foremen, trainees, project managers and directors.

Geoffroy, Warranty Project Manager

The Garanties team is close-knit and well organized.

I love the freedom I have in my daily organization. Beyond my missions, I take part in several cross-functional working groups within the company. The entrepreneurial spirit is important at Alpenda to enable a process of continuous improvement. It’s one of our company’s strengths.

Sophie, Contract Management and Insurance Manager

The role of Contract Manager aims to secure project management by minimizing contractual risks.

Created to support construction and warranty teams in their contractual issues, the Contract Manager function aims to secure project management by minimizing contractual risks.

The main role of the Contract Manager is to assist teams in identifying, monitoring and managing contractual risks. By ensuring rigorous follow-up, the Contract Manager contributes to the proper execution of contracts and the prevention of unforeseen events.

Trained as a lawyer, I enjoy analyzing contracts on a daily basis, because every project is different and has its own particularities.
