I joined Alpenda after more than 16 years' experience in a French group.

The company first gave me the opportunity to understand the peculiarities of Swiss construction by entrusting me with the supervision of a project in execution, then I joined the Direction. I work on a multitude of projects with in-house technical specialists: the team is often different from one study to the next, and it’s great to be able to learn from each other during these joint work phases.

The BIM revolution is underway at Alpenda. It’s crucial that a growing number of our employees are able to understand and use BIM tools. To this end, our team organizes training sessions for Building Smart Certification, which is then awarded by an independent body. Internally, the company implements the means to grow the BIM culture of every employee.
